The JES&US Foundation Scholarship Application
Open to all High School and Middle School golfers. Scholarship Applications being taken through October 2, 2023. In-person interviews will be conducted with finalists and award winners will be announced on or before October 16th, 2023.
Email your application and paperwork to:

Include with your submission:
- Copy of last two (2) years W2s
- Two (2) letters of recommendation
- Essay answering one of the two topics.
- Video of answers to prompts on last page.

- What are your goals ACADEMICALLY for 2023-2024?
- Do you know what you want to study in college?
- Do you play tournament golf and if so, which ones?
- Have you ever had any formal golf instruction?
- Are you currently training with an instructor/program?
- Are you willing to train exclusively with The Golf Room of Dublin?
- Do you have a relationship with Jesus or are you willing to explore a relationship with Him?
- What is a FUN FACT about yourself OR when you are not playing golf what are you doing?
- Jack had an intoxicating smile that could light up a room. Share a story where you brought a smile to someone's face?
